A Little Bit Of My Mother Here

Here I am wearing a sweatshirt top emblazoned with the word "snow" written in fake gems. My mother bought me this top for Christmas many years ago. I always groaned and cringed when I opened her holiday gifts to me. I always knew I was going to receive a tacky holiday sweater that I would never wear.

When I became an elementary teacher, I began pulling out these "tacky" sweaters and sweatshirts and wore them for each day of December until holiday break.
My students LOVE them! They don't find them tacky or unusual at all! They think they are fun and lovely. I will continue to wear these shirts until they are literally no longer usable.
I love that I take my momma with me where ever I go in these ridiculously fun shirts!

I put two pins on either side of the SNOW twinkles on my shirt. The kids LOVE IT!

Gee, I look happy!

And of course I top the ensemble off with red Christmas bow earrings from Claire's.
